1. SHIPPING RATES
– A flat rate of $4.95 applies to all items in your order.
– Shipping costs will be shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
2. SHIPPING AREAS
– We are currently shipping within the United States.
– Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
3. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
– All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays.
– Business Days: Monday through Saturday (excluding Sunday and federal holidays).
4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
– Delivery time is expected for 5–7 business days following processing.
– Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time.
5. SHIPPING CARRIERS
– We work with reputable delivery services like FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS, and others to guarantee that items arrive safely and on time.
6. SHIPPING NOTIFICATION & TRACKING
– You will receive a delivery email notification as soon as your package leaves our warehouse, along with your tracking number and shipment tracking link.
– It may take some time for tracking information to be updated after the carrier has scanned your package. If there are unforeseen delays or if your tracking number hasn’t been updated after a few days, please contact our support team.
7. TAXES
– Depending on local and state laws, sales tax may be applicable. When you check out, the appropriate tax will be estimated and added to your total.
8. ADDRESS VERIFICATION
– Before checking out, please make sure your shipping address is correct. If a consumer provides an inaccurate or incomplete address, Huoheo is not responsible for any delays or delivery issues.
