1. ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
Within 24 hours after placing your order, you can cancel or modify it.

2. RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
We have included the specific conditions that qualify an item for a return or a refund in order to simplify this process.  To see if your item qualifies, please read these two sections first.

2.1. ACCEPTED CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We will process a return or refund if the product meets any of these criteria:

  • Product Fault: There was a manufacturing defect in the item when it arrived.
  • Damage in Transit: During the shipping and delivery process, the product was damaged.
  • Order Discrepancy: We mistakenly shipped the wrong item (e.g., wrong size, color) or We mistakenly shipped the wrong item, or there was a verifiable missing component from your order.
  • Inaccurate Representation: The physical product you received is substantially different from its online depiction.

2.2. NON-ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS & REFUNDS
We are unable to accept returns or process refunds for the following:

  • Change of Mind: We do not accept the return or refund if you simply change your mind about the purchase, you just do not want the order.
  • Altered Items: Items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Unauthorized Returns: Any item returned without prior authorization from our customer support team.
  • Customer-Caused Damage: Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper care, or failure to follow care instructions are not eligible for a refund or return.
  • No Proof: We reserve the right to refuse a refund if clear photos or videos of the defect or incorrect item are not provided.

2.3. TIMEFRAME
To initiate a return or refund, please contact our Customer Support Team at support@huoheo.com for authorization within 30 days of your product’s delivery.

2.4. RETURNS SHIPPING COSTS

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
  • We recommend using a reputable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

2.5. DETAILED RETURNS PROCESS
Step 1: Initiate Your Request
To begin, please send an email to our team at support@huoheo.com with the subject line “Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number].” In the mail, please include your full name and the email address used for the original order. You must also clearly state the reason for your return (such as a defective, incorrect, or damaged item) and attach clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Step 2: Await Returns Authorization
Our team will review your request within 24 hours. Once approved, we will send you an email with detailed return instructions.

Step 3: Prepare and Ship Items
Please securely package your item and ship it to the following address:

Step 4: Tracking and Confirmation
After shipping your item, please email the tracking number to support@huoheo.com. We will confirm receipt and begin processing within 1-2 business days after receiving your returned items. 

2.6. DETAILED REFUNDS PROCESS
Step 1: Inspection and Review
To begin, please send an email to our team at support@huoheo.com with the subject line “Refund Request – Order #[Your Order Number].” In the mail, please include your full name and the email address used for the original order. You must also clearly state the reason for your refund (such as a defective, incorrect, or damaged item) and attach clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Step 2: Refund Processing
If your refund is approved, we will begin processing it within 3-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated. The refund amount will include the original purchase price and any applicable taxes.

Step 3: Bank/Card Processing
After we have initiated the refund, please be aware that your bank or card issuer may require an additional business days to process and refund the money to your account.

2.7. REFUNDS TIMELINE

  • It should take 7 to 14 business days for your refund to appear in your account once we receive your returned items or refund request.
  • Please be aware that it can take longer for your bank or card issuer to return the money to your account after we have processed your refund.
  • If your refund has not appeared within the time expected, please get in touch with us directly for an update.

Notes

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.

3. EXCHANGES
3.1. TIME FRAME
An exchange request is only accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

3.2. ACCEPTED REASONS FOR EXCHANGES

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item Condition: All items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and original packaging still attached.
  • Reason for Exchange:
    The item has a manufacturing defect.
    The item was damaged during shipping.
    You received a wrong item or incorrect size.
    You want to change the color/size.

3.3. THE EXCHANGE’S SHIPPING FEE

  • Customer’s Responsibility: If the exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., a defective or incorrect item), Huoheo will cover all exchange shipping costs.
  • Huoheo’s Responsibility: If you decide to exchange an item because you ordered the wrong size or simply changed the size/color, you are responsible for all exchange shipping costs.

3.4. DETAILED EXCHANGE PROCESS
Step 1: Initiate Your Exchange Request
To begin, please send an email to support@huoheo.com with the subject line: “Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number].” In the email, include your full name, contact information, and a clear reason for your exchange.

Step 2: Await Exchange Authorization
Our team will review your request and confirm the availability of your desired replacement item. Once your request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions for exchanging the original item via email.

Step 3: Return and Replacement Processing
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will ship the replacement to you. This processing follows our standard fulfillment schedule of 1-2 business days. You will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking details once the replacement item is on its way.
