Huoheo is not responsible for any lost packages when they are marked as delivered or the tracking information shows that the package cannot be delivered due to a wrong or incomplete shipping address. However, our customer support team can help you file a claim with the shipping carrier. In case your shipment is lost in transit, we are more than happy to offer you a replacement or a full refund.
